Tuesday Morning Lujong (Tibetan Yoga) and Meditation
Every Tuesday 9:30 – 11:00 am
This class is offered for all those who would like to learn to meditate or who would like help in establishing a regular meditation practice. Meditation is a way to calm the mind and allow our natural serenity, love and wisdom to flourish in our hearts and in our daily lives.
The class will begin with Lujong (a Tibetan yoga), an enlivening practice that can be done gently or vigorously depending on the needs of your body, to effectively open the energy flows in the body. This practice is specially designed as support for our meditation practice.
Following Lujong will be quiet meditation with some instruction or guidance as needed.
Drop in’s are welcome.
Prerequisites: No prerequisites. This class is offered for beginners as well as ongoing meditators who want support in establishing a daily practice.
Location: Sukhasiddhi Center, Fairfax CA.
Cost: Suggested donation: $10-$20.
Member cost: teacher dana only. Contribute online or by cash or check when attending the event.
