Qigong: the Healing Practice of Cultivating Qi

with Robin Winn

3 Mondays, November 20, 27 and December 4, 2017; 10am – noon

Beyond western medicine, beyond eastern medicine, there is a healing power accessible to all of us. Using gentle movements, a focused mind, and sound vibration, in these classes we will shift our awareness and upgrade our capacities to embody, heal and function at higher, more coherent levels.

Based on an amalgam of modalities including Tibetan Buddhism, Wisdom Healing Qigong, NeuroMovement, and the Diamond Approach, this class is open to everyone willing to step into and be impacted by a potent healing field.

In the last half hour of the class, we will do a quiet meditation together.

Drop in’s are welcome.

Prerequisites: No prerequisites.

Location: Sukhasiddhi Center, Fairfax CA.

Cost: Suggested donation: $10-$20 per class.
