Please join Marc Lesser for an exploration of his Seven Practices of Mindful Leadership
Love the work; Do the work; Don’t be an expert; Connect to your pain; Connect to the pain of others; Depend on others; and Keep making it simple.
These seven practices are the distillation of Marc Lesser’s experience as a longtime Zen Buddhist practitioner and as a CEO and consultant for Fortune 500 companies.
In this talk/short workshop we’ll explore how the inner work of mindfulness and self-awareness meets the outer work of leadership and work as forces for positive change and results that matter. Objectives are to:
- Cultivate your leadership presence
- Thrive in the midst of change and challenges
- Improve focus and flexibility
- Cultivate greater self-awareness and resilience
- Increase engagement, collaboration, and well-being
Embracing any one of the seven practices alone can be life-changing. When used together, they support a path of well-being, productivity, and positive influence.
