Writing can be used as an integrative spiritual practice, as well as for creative expression. Learn principles and practices that help you use the mind of meditation to access the natural stream of your expression, loosening the grip of your critical mind so that expression can flow freely, which is one of the ultimate fruits of meditation. Guidance for how to continue the process beyond this introductory session will be provided. Those who resonate with the practice are welcome to join in the 8-week writing immersion (beginning January 26) for support in establishing a regular writing practice. Please bring a notebook and pen. Free. Donations always welcome

All levels of writers and meditators are welcome. .

No Charge.
