Writing can be a powerful form of meditation allowing you to observe the content of your mind as well as the blocks and the pathways to expressing yourself with ease. This approach to writing draws on the mind of meditation to access the natural stream of your creative energy, and on intuition to explore new areas that open up for you in the process. In an atmosphere of warmth and non-judgment, free of criticism, we will write together from evocative prompts and dive deep into what is calling for expression now, both creatively and spiritually. A powerful practice for all levels of writers and meditators. Please bring a notebook and a pen.
