Usually done in the intensive three-year retreat for the most advanced practitioners, we offer at Sukhasiddhi a modified form of Lujong Tibetan yoga developed by Khenpo Tsultrim Gyamtso Rinpoche for his Western students. It is an enlivening practice, designed to uncoil the knots in our energy system and open the energy flows of the body.
Following a 40 minute lujong session is a quiet meditation, with instruction and guidance as needed, to calm the mind and allow our natural deep well of serenity, love and wisdom to flourish in our hearts, minds, and in our daily lives.
