We are excited to announce that Lama Palden Drolma of the Shangpa and Kagyu lineage of Vajrayana will once again return to the only Vajrayana Kingdom in the world in the Fall of 2026.
In this 3-class course, we will explore how we can experience these Four Bhahma-viharas (also known as the Four Divine Abodes, The Four Immeasurables, or the Four Divine Emotions) in our daily lives. Practicing each one of these provides us with a different portal to expanding our compassion, joy, inner peace, and interconnectedness with all forms of life.
