For those new to Chenrezig practice, we recommend registering for the Introduction to Vajrayana Theory class which will provide instruction and explanation of the practice.
In this six-week course, Lama Döndrup will guide participants through selected verses of Nāgārjuna’s text, offering commentary, guided meditation, and opportunities for inquiry.
