Monday Evening Online Meditation

Give yourself the gift of the present moment, connection with community, and the support of ageless love and wisdom.

When: Monday evenings | Time: 7 PM - 8:15 PM PDT | Where: on Zoom

Join us every Monday for a free, open sitting. Finding center and home in our own being is now more important than ever. As we navigate uncharted terrain in our personal and collective lives, we have incredible access to wisdom teachings that are as pertinent today as they were in the Buddha’s time.

Meditation is one of the tools that we can use to discover the eye of the storm that is within each and every one of us. Find sanctuary on Monday nights and join us for an open online community meditation and dharma talk.

Donations gratefully accepted.
Suggested donation: $10-20, or what you can offer.

No prior experience is necessary and there is no need to register in advance – just drop in!

We request you be fully present with video on for classes and trainings. This is an opportunity for the lamas and teachers to connect with you. If this is not possible, please let the registrar or teacher know.
