Security of participant information is a Priority
Keeping financial information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect member and participant Information. Appropriate volunteers are authorized to access participant information for the specific business purpose authorized by the participant. Our volunteers are bound by a code of ethics that requires confidential treatment of information and are subject to disciplinary action if they fail to follow this code.
Collecting your information
Participant Information is collected for purposes of event and class registration, email communications and sales transactions, and is categorized in the following two ways: A. Identification Information — information that identifies you such as name, address, telephone number and email address. B. Financial Information — credit card information that allows us to complete a financial transaction.
Managing information about you
Sukhasiddhi Foundation does not maintain information about its participants unless requested by the participant to do so, for the purposes of email communications or repetitive financial transactions, such as membership donations. Email communications or financial transactions may be stopped at any time by a request from the participant, and the information deleted or destroyed. Sukhasiddhi Foundation does not share participant information with any other organization or individual.
