The 12 Links of Dependent Origination is a map that helps us to understand how suffering arises in our experience and how we can liberate ourselves from it. This presentation of the chain of causation allows us to recognize the root cause of our suffering, explore what perpetuates it, and empowers us to break free from this cycle. The study of the 12 Links becomes a transformative journey toward enlightenment, offering the potential for lasting peace and liberation.
Through rich imagery, explanation, and inquiry, Lama Döndrup will present this teaching in a way that allows it to be applied to our moment-to-moment experience as well as offering insight into our experience from lifetime-to-lifetime.
Basic meditation experience is helpful but not required.
