  • Sukhasiddhi Foundation P.O. Box 151327 San Rafael, CA, 94915 United States (map)

Multiple Dates! Tuesdays | March 5, March 12, March 19, March 26, April 2, April 9, April 16

6:00 - 7:15 PM (Pacific)*
*The first meeting will be 6:00 - 7:30 PM.

Tonglen, the practice of “taking and sending,” is a profound, transformative meditation. It loosens our self-fixations, progressively dissolving the barriers and blockages that keep us separate from the unconditional loving openness that is our true nature. Tonglen deepens the felt sense of our essential interconnectedness. By practicing together, we create a powerful field of loving-awareness that supports us in extending our heart-openness and compassion to ourselves and to all others.

In this 7-week class, we will be practicing the Shangpa Lineage Tonglen that comes down to us from the Wisdom Dakini Niguma. Each week, Lama Tashi will give brief instructions on the practice and we will engage in a guided Tonglen meditation together, to benefit ourselves and our entire human and Earth family in these turbulent times.

Fees: $70 (member) | $108 (benefactor) | $85 (non-member)

Registration closes Monday, March 4 at 6 PM (Pacific).

About the Teacher: Annik Brunet (Lama Tashi) completed the Sukhasiddhi Shangpa Lineage and Teacher Training programs. Since 2008, she has led classes, workshops, and retreats. In 2017, Annik was authorized by Lama Palden Drolma and Lama Drupgyu as a Lama. She holds a master’s degree in photography, and her life-long impetus has been to explore the mystery of phenomenal appearances. The practice of photography as a visionary art and a means to cleanse the doors of perception eventually led her to the direct access Vajrayana offers. As an artist and teacher, Annik is committed to facilitating the exploration and actualization of the openness and kindness that reside at the heart of our being and to further their expression at this crucial moment in the life of our planet.
