Thursday Lujong (Tibetan Yoga) and Meditation

  • Sukhasiddhi Foundation P.O. Box 151327 San Rafael, CA, 94915 United States (map)

Lujong practice, Tibetan yoga, can help invigorate our body and mind, and center and stabilize our being. Lujong has been designed over centuries to provide that strength from within and to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

The exercises in Lujong influence our entire system from the physical to the most subtle and profound. It is an enlivening practice, designed to uncoil the knots in our energy system and open the energy flows of the body. It is done in standing positions, so needs no special equipment or mats, and can be either vigorous or gentle, depending on the needs of your body.

The session will consist of approximately 40 minutes of Lujong followed by a quiet meditation, with instruction and guidance as needed.

All sessions are free but donations are appreciated. Suggested donation: $10-20, or what you can offer.

No prior experience is necessary and there is no need to register in advance – just drop in!

We request you be fully present with video on for classes and trainings. This is an opportunity for the lamas and teachers to connect with you. If this is not possible, please let the registrar or teacher know.
