Find out moreIn these once-a-month two-hour Awake sessions, we explore together foundational teachings of Buddhism; through mixing both our lived experience with the insights from traditional teachings we will find them easier to integrate into our lives. In the February - June, 2021 sessions, we will be exploring the Nine Stages of Shamatha (calm abiding meditation). These are the stages our minds move through until its inherent stability, clarity and strength shines through.
Find out moreIn this six-series class we will explore how we can experience the Four Immeasureables (Brahma-Viharas) in our daily lives. They include: Loving Kindness, Compassion, Sympathetic Joy, and Equanimity. Practicing each one of these provides us with a different portal to expanding our compassion, joy, inner peace, and interconnectedness with all forms of life.
